My stay at the hotel was quite a mixed experience. The room, though spacious and comfortable, was not exactly to my liking, especially with the handyman living nearby. The service, on the other hand, was exceptional, with the staff being quick, courteous, and attentive to our needs. The location was a bit of a letdown due to the noise from parking trucks, making it hard to sleep, but it was convenient for my visit. The dining options were satisfactory, especially the delicious breakfast spread, and the facilities were decent.
The hotel's location was excellent, close to Independence Boulevard and convenient for the President's Cup shuttle. The rooms had some issues, such as a smoking smell in a designated non-smoking room, but they are close to home. The service was accommodating, although we missed Christina when she was off. The dining experience was satisfactory, with a lovingly prepared breakfast. The hotel needs improvements in terms of ambiance and billing practices.
The hotel was spacious and comfortable, but the elevator needed maintenance. The location was convenient for my needs, with a few sketchy elements nearby. The dining was OK but could have longer hours, and the facilities were satisfactory.
